Labor mobility and employment in energy enterprises can not only create wealth for society, but also inject vitality into urban development. In order to improve the accuracy of multi-objective analysis of labor mobility behavior, a multiobjective analysis model of labor mobility behavior in energy enterprises based on point-to-point network is designed.
Firstly, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of employment decision-making of energy enterprises. Then, based on the main statistical indicators of the point-to-point network, the labor flow analysis network is established, and the solution method of the model is proposed. Finally, the labor mobility rate is calculated according to the established model, and the multi-objective analysis of labor mobility behavior of energy enterprises in the point-to-point network is completed. The experimental results show that applying the multi-objective analysis model of labor flow behavior in point-to-point network, the measurement results of the proportion of migrant workers in urban labor force are not different from the actual value, and the multi-objective analysis time under multi-project comparison is short, which can be applied to the actual situation.
